Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SiRa Beauty.

Due to hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can review your request.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must:
• Be unused
• Be unopened
• Be in its original packaging

Sale items, promotional items, and free gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
